Terre Haute, In. – In Monday’s Vigo County School Board meeting the board announced a new software application that allows parents, schools, and teachers to use one application for all communications needs. Parent Square is a free app that lets parents talk directly to teachers and check school calendars. With this app schools can communicate directly with bus riders and families. During the meeting an update was also announced on the new AC unit for Terre Town Elementary. Deputy Superintendent, John Newport says the project is still on schedule and will be installed this winter.
