Parke County, In. – Addressing a local shortage, a new early childhood learning center is opening in Parke County.  The Community Action Program (CAP) Learning Center held an open house was held Tuesday to inform parents about their services available for preschoolers, toddlers and infants.  The center is located within the Parke County Head Start building in Rockville.  The center currently looking for staff members and is accepting enrollment now.
