Rockville, In. – The Courthouse Square in Rockville was the site of the town’s 200th birthday celebration Saturday. The weather was perfect, and the square was filled with free activities for the entire family. A time capsule that had been buried 50 years ago was opened. It was full of letters from citizens of that time period.
