Sullivan, In. – Monday morning a groundbreaking was held for The Wabash Project, a new housing project in the city of Sullivan. The development is a part of Thrive West Central’s Home for the Future Program. The plan is for 9 single-family homes to be built in downtown Sullivan. The homes will be 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. There will be single- and two-story homes in the project. Officials say they hope to have construction completed by September of next year.
