Parke County, In. – Tuesday night Parke County Sheriff Deputies investigated a call concerning a suspicious person around the Phillips Bridge on Arabia Road.  When they arrived, they found 43-year-old Patricia Blacketer of Rockville under the bridge.  After the investigation Blacketer was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Paraphernalia with a prior unrelated conviction.  Blacketer was booked into the Parke County Jail with a $10,000 cash only bond.
