Vermillion County, In. – Just after 2pm Friday a semi driven by 53-year-old David Shreve, of Washington, Ind. Veered off State Road 63 and cashed into a wooded area.  Shreve was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.  The Vermillion County Sheriff’s office said it’s possible that Shreve may have suffered a medical emergency causing the accident.  An autopsy has been scheduled.
