Clinton, In. – On September 16th police responded to the report of shots fired in the business located at State Roads 163 and State Road 63. When they arrived, they found 41-year-old Devin S. Shelby of Robinson, Illinois suffering from gunshot wounds. The officers administered first aid, but Shelby died of his wounds. 19-year-old Gavin I. Bookings of Clinton had fired the shots and called 911. The results of the investigation have been turned over to the Vermillion County Prosecutor to determine if charges will be filed.
