Clay City, In. – The Indiana Department of Transportation had announced that State Road 59 will be closed between 9th Street and Nye Street in Clay city so crews can work on Structure Pipe Lining and Culvert repair at the Connerly Ditch. INDOT says the closure will begin on, or around, September 30 and should be completed in a few weeks. People are encouraged to use caution and find an alternate route.
