Terre Haute Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

Terre Haute, In. – A cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led to the arrest of a Terre Haute man for possession of child pornography. The Indiana State Police – Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force began an investigation in July. As a result of the investigation Noah A. Phillips, age 45, Terre Haute, Indiana was taken into custody yesterday without incident.  Phillips is presently being held at the Vigo County Jail facing 8 counts of Possession of child pornography, Level 4 Felony.
