Vigo County, In. – After a couple of days of a micro-sealing project the roads in Hawthorn Park opened back up to traffic Saturday.  Along with the sealing, some roads were widened, and some shoulder work was done as well. Sealing the roads will make them last a lot longer and it is much less expensive than a complete repaving of the roads.
