Brazil, In. – On Thursday a ribbon cutting was held for the first home in “The Reserve Project.” In Clay County.  The project is part of Thrive West Central’s Homes for the Future program. When the project is complete 13 homes will be constructed. The houses will be listed between $260-300,000 which Thrive’s CEO Ryan Keller said is affordable to many of the residents in that area. Six homes will be completed by the end of the year and the other 7 houses in the project will be built in 2025.
