Terre Haute, In. – The Public is invited to a meeting this afternoon at 5pm in the City Hall Courtroom to discuss the proposed 13th Street Overpass. Representatives from the City and INDOT are hosting the meeting which begins with an open house at 5 followed by a presentation at 6. The public will have a chance to ask questions and make comments.
