Terre Haute Man Arrested For Animal Cruelty

Terre Haute, In. – Officers from the Terre Haute Police Department responded to a report of animal cruelty on Sunday.  When they arrived on scene, they found a critically injured animal and the man who supposedly injured the animal. The man accused of the abuse was identified as 52 year old James P. Minard of Terre Haute After interviewing witnesses and Minard and consulting with the prosecutor’s office Minard was arrested and charged with animal cruelty and booked into the Vigo County Jail.  Ihe injured animal had to be euthanized.
