Terre Haute, In. – Wednesday the Vigo County Capital Improvement Board voted to hire Guarantee Roofing to replace the roof on the Indiana Theater marquee canopy.  Guarantee Roofings bid of $54,740 was the lowest bid the board received.  The work should begin in a few weeks.  Hopefully the Indiana Theater sign will installed shortly after the roof is completed.
