Terre Haute, In. – On December 1st the Terre Haute Police and Fire Department dispatched to 19th and Beech Street. On arrival they found a 12-year-old boy and 28-year-old Michael Baker unconscious. They were both airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital. Thursday afternoon the boy died. Police say they found a whisky bottle at the scene that contained an unknown dark thick liquid that didn’t look like whisky. Police say that Baker gave the substance to the boy to drink. Baker also consumed the liquid. While at the scene police found an altered firearm. After Bakers recovery he was arrested and charged with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Possession of an Altered Weapon.
