Terre Haute, In. – At last weeks City Council meeting zoning changes were approved for a new Qdoba Mexican Restaurant and for an additional parking lot for Union Hospital. The Qdoba Mexican restaurant will be located just north of Ft. Harrison Road on Lafayette Avenue and the additional parking lot for Union Health will be located in the area of north 8th and Beech Streets. Councilman Todd Nation was the lone Nay Vote voicing his opinion that Union Health should use some it’s ample property to develop a parking garage.
