Terre Haute, In. – During last week’s Terre Haute city council meeting Mayor Sakbun presented an ordinance to limit the number of vape shops that can operate in the city. The ordinance would mandate that vape shops couldn’t be within a mile of each other. The council also want to develop a registry of all vape shops operating in the city and would require all shops operating to register with the city. This would only apply to vape shops not gas station or convenience stores that might sell vape products. The ordinance was tabled until the council’s January meeting.
