Terre Haute, In. – Indiana State University handed out 409 bachelor’s degrees to students in the University’s Winter Commencement ceremony Saturday afternoon at Hulman Center.  All of the graduating students were enrolled in either the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology, College of Arts & Sciences, College of Health & Human Services, Scott College of Business, and Bayh College of Education.
