Terre Haute, In. – Thanks to some anonymous donors all donations to the Terre Haute Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign between today and Christmas ever will be doubled up to a total of $25,000. As of Wednesday, this week the Kettles had raised $80,269.80. That’s about $45,000 short of what the Salvation Army needs to be fully funded for the coming year. This $25,000 will be a big help in reaching that goal. The Red Kettle campaign each Christmas supports The Salvation Army’s year-round ministries, including emergency assistance to help households that have fallen behind on rent or utility payments or are struggling with food insecurity.
