Rockville, In. – Just after 9:30 Wednesday morning Montezuma Police pulled over a vehicle on U.S. 36 near Rockville for a traffic violation.  During the stop they found drug paraphernalia and over 10 grams of methamphetamine.  The driver of the car, 46-year-old Brandy Hicks and her passenger 40-year-old Evan Doan both of Hillsdale were arrested and taken to the Parke County Jail.
