Noblesville, In. – 24-year-old William Laswell of Brazil was arrested by Noblesville police this week for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl multiple time in a Noblesville Hotel in November of last year. The teen girl told police she met Laswell online. He had asked for nude pictures and arranged to take her to the hotel.  She also said that Laswell didn’t look like the guy she had met online.  Laswell took her toa room and raped her several times even though she said no. NLaswell is charged with Three counts of rape when the victim has verbally or otherwise refused, Three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and One count of sexual misconduct with a minor.
