Green County, In. – Green County Sheriff Deputies responded to the report of an accident Tuesday afternoon on County Road North 1500 West and County Road West 700 North.  When they arrived they found the driver dead.  The driver was identified as Wesley Sapp.  After investigating it appears that Sapp had a medical episode while driving that resulted in his death.
