Vigo County, In. – Tyler Davis, a former student teacher for, Indiana State University was accused of having a sexual relationship with student at Northview High School.  He was arrested in September of last year.  His jury trial was scheduled for Tuesday, but court records show that date was cancelled.  A hearing to set a new trial date is scheduled next month.
