Clay County, In. – Traffic came to a stand still on I-70 yesterday morning when the Indiana State Police closed both East and West bound lanes at the 18-mile marker, at 10am, while crews could do electric line repairs.  The work was completed in 20-minute increments.  All lanes were opened back up when the repairs were completed.
