Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute NAACP announced that one of their key members.  Theressa Bynum served as the organizations President Emeritus and was the current treasurer.  The statement reads: “It is with profound sadness that the members of the Greater Test Haute NAACP announce the passing of our beloved Emerti President, & current treasurer, A. Theressa Bynum. Her tireless dedication to this community was unmatched, & her love for her family was ever present as she trained up others to stand up & fight for civil, human, and women’s rights.  She will be remembered always as we continue the work she so greatly influenced. Our prayers and sincere condolences go out to her sons.”
