Terre Haute, In. – Capitol Pain Management has teamed up with Horizon Health’s Sycamore Pain Management to provide interventional pain management procedures at the Terre Haute Surgery Center located at 227 Easy McCallister Drive Hospital Lane.  Interventional pain treats pain using targeted injections or stimulation methods such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and medical device implants to relieve chronic pain conditions.  Dr. Thomas Pendergast at Sycamore Pain Management has office hours at their clinic located on State Road 46 on the city’s East side.  Dr. Pendergast is a Terre Haute native who began pain management 20 years ago.
