Terre Haute,In.  – Around 1:45 Saturday morning The Terre Haute PD investigated a vehicle accident that had occurred on the Rose Hulman Campus.  Officers found that a single vehicle, driven by 22-year-old- Landry D, Kimery, left the roadway on the West side of the campus.  The vehicle was severely damaged, and the airbags were deployed.  There were several individuals in the vehicle.  One of the passengers was taken to the hospital then Life Lined to Indianapolis. Kimery was found to have a blood Alcohol content of .23.  He was arrested and charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Causing Serious Bodily Injury or Death, operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Endangerment and Operating a Vehicle with an alcohol level of .15 or more.  Landry D. Kimery is in the Vigo County jail with no bond.
