
Indianapolis, In. – This past Monday Dr. David Bowden, the conductor or the Terre Haute Symphony, was honored on the floor of the Indiana State Senate by State Sen. Greg Goode, R-Terre Haute. Senate Resolution 42 recognized Bowden for his decades of conducting orchestras throughout Indiana. Before coming to Terre Haute Bowden had conducted Symphony Orchestras in Columbus and Carmel, Indiana. Good has served as the conductor for the Terre Haute Symphony for the past 3 decades. He will be retiring on June 30th this year. His replacement will be conductor Roger Kalia of Evansville.
