Terre Haute, In. – Joshua Torpy and Kyle Peretti who were arrested after last Thursday’s shooting had their first appearance in court yesterday.  Last Thursday Vigo County Deputies responded to a report of persons with gunshot wounds.  When they arrived, they found 46-year-old Mark Gayer dead at the scene and 33-year-old Meagen Anderson seriously wounded.  The Investigation led to the arrest of Torpy and Peretti on charges of murder.  Both defendants entered a not guilty plea.  They both continue to be held with no bond.
