Terre Haute, In. – The Vigo County Sheriff’s office was called to an accident at U.S. 41 and Springhill yesterday evening.  The accident was serious and involved 2 vehicles. The Sheriff’s office said that a female driver was northbound on U.S. 41 and hit a vehicle that was turning onto Springhill.  One person was flown to an Indianapolis Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  An adult and child in one of the vehicles was taken to a local hospital.
