Clinton, In. – Just after 9am Thursday the Clinton Police Dept. Was notified of a white car driving recklessly on State Road 63 north of Clinton.  The report said the car was running off the road and into fields around the old Breezeway Drive Inn.  A short time later the Clinton Police responded to a report of an accident on north Main Street in Clinton.  The same white car had hit a tree, flipped, and the driver was lying next to the road. The driver was identified as 44-year-old Timothy Karlau Ray of Terre Haute.  Ray was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital for treatment of severe injuries.
