Terre Haute, In. Construction on the changes being made to the 13th and Wabash intersection are resuming.  Earlier this year the utilities in the area were relocated to make way for major upgrades to enhance safety and traffic flow. This project will add new protected left-turn lanes with upgraded traffic signals, and widen the intersection to create a smoother, more efficient.  As construction continues this spring drivers are urged to be cautious when driving in this area. The demolition of the old police station is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. This block will be full of construction vehicles and workers over the coming weeks. The nearby businesses are still open.
