Terre Haute, In. – The Indiana State Police have arrested a Terre Haute man after he allegedly posted harassing and threatening statements on social media platforms against an Indiana State Representative. The Indiana Capitol Police contacted detectives of the Putnamville State Police Post regarding these social media posts and voicemails making threats and harassing statements towards Indiana State Representative Jim Lucas.  The man making the posts and threats was identified as 55-year-old- Robert L. Bennett.  Bennett was arrested and booked into the Vigo County Jail and held on a $50,000 bond.
