Terre Haute, In. – A Terre Haute man has been arrested after he threatened his ex-girlfriend with a knife and a gun.  On April 7th Steve Ray Henderson Jr. Went to his ex-girlfriend’s home threatening her with a gun and knife telling her she couldn’t leave. During the situation Henderson Jr. Stabbed at a door and fired shots into a wall. After she convinced him to let her go downstairs, she slipped out of a side door. He chased her but she was able to get to a car and escape. Henderson Jr. Has been arrested and charged with charged with criminal confinement, criminal recklessness, intimidation, and auto theft. He is also facing three misdemeanor charges: domestic battery, possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer, and interfering with the reporting of a crime.  He also has a previous conviction of domestic battery in 2023.
