Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute police department received a tip that child pornography was being uploaded and downloaded through various internet addresses. Police Department detectives investigated and found the files and arrested 22-year-old Owen Charles Reynolds. They also found video of Reynolds filming himself in a sex act while watching child porn videos.  When Reynolds was arrested, he confessed and told police that he “had a problem.” Reynolds in in jail and charged with child exploitation and possession of child pornography.
