Clay County, In. – Seven non-profit organizations in Clay County were the recipients of a total of $91,000 from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation. he organizations that received the funding have projects in place to help improve the lives of the residents of Clay County by strengthening recreational and educational opportunities and meeting the needs of local children. The organizations are: Clay City Youth League Clay Community Parks Association, Clay County Optimist Club, Clay County YMCA, Clay County Genealogical Society, Terre Haute Symphony Association, Seven elementary schools in Clay County, Town of Harmony.
