Sullivan, In. – The city of Sullivan is working with private developer Radiant CDC to build new housing on north Court Street.  The housing units will be single family homes with three bedrooms. Radiant CDC also plans to build duplexes in other areas around town.  The downtown townhomes will be one block off the city square and close to restaurants, shops, and churches. The city is also working on trails making the center of the city easily accessible. Construction is expected to begin this summer
