Sullivan County, In. – Traffic on Southbound U.S. 41 near Shelburn was restricted to one lane Monday afternoon after two vehicles were involved in an accident.  Investigators determined that one vehicle had slowed for the Railroad Crossing and was rearended by the second vehicle.  Two people were sent to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, one was a child complaining of arm pain.  The accident was cleaned up and traffic returned to normal in about an hour.
