Vigo County, In. – The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the man killed last Friday when his truck fell through the bridge deck construction on I-70 over the Robinson Road.  The man was identified as 67-year-old Brandt Smith of Reeves, Louisiana. Police believe he accidentally entered the eastbound exit at Exit 1 on I-70 and continued westbound in the east bound lane until his truck fell through the open deck of the overpass and fell onto Robinson Road.  The accident happened sometime overnight Friday morning. Smith was dead when his body was found Friday morning.
