Ransomware Attack Cause Clay Commissioners To Issue Disaster Declaration

Clay County, In. – The Ransomware attack on the computer system at the Clay County Courthouse has been in the news since Tuesday of this week.  The attack has forced the County to shut down the offices in the courthouse.  The attack has forced the county commissioners to make a Local Disaster Declaration.  The County Commissioner plans an update to the public on Friday the 19th.  They hope that the courthouse will be able to open on Monday July 22nd.  To read the Disaster Declaration see this story on our webpage or Facebook page.
