Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce has initiated a new program designed to help local businesses retain employees.  The program is called Connect IN West Central Indiana.  The 12-week program is designed to help retain workers by getting them interested in coming to the area for work, fun, and a place to live. The program gets participants involved in civic and social events, gives them tours of attractions, and introduces them to area leaders. The program is flexible so that it can work in conjunction with participating companies’ onboarding programs.
