Terre Haute, In. – Just at 7pm last night Police responded to reports of a fight at the Family Dollar Store parking lot at 1100 Locust Street.  Police say that Zachary Dillard and Shane Cox got into an argument and Cox hit Dillard in the head with a golf club causing serious bleeding.  During the investigation Dillard became very uncooperative with the officers and was challenging people to fight and at one point he exposed himself to the onlookers.  Cox and Dillard were both arrested. Cox faces charges of Battery with a Deadly Weapon. Dillard faces charges of Disorderly Conduct and Public Indecency. On the way to the call a THPD officer was injured when his marked police cruiser flipped on to its side at 13th St and Locust Street. The officer was treated for minor injuries at the hospital.
