Vigo County, In. – Students in Vigo County go back to school today and the drivers will see the big yellow buses traveling around the county carrying a most precious cargo. Vigo County Sheriff Derek Fell reminds drivers to be aware of the buses and the students getting on and off them.  Obey traffic laws and watch for the buses to stop.  When the red lights are flashing and the Stop Sign Arm on a bus is out traffic must stop, both ways on a non-divided highway and in the direction of travel on a highway divided by a median.
