Terre Haute, In. – Just after 1pm Tuesday the Terre Haute Police Department was dispatched to an accident at 7th and Putnam.  The officers found a car flipped over in the street and another on the sidewalk with a crowd around it arguing.  The driver of the flipped vehicle was identified as Cheyenne Sieple.  She was extricated from the car by the Terre Haute Fire Department using glass saws and the jaws of life and taken to the hospital. A man in the crowd was unruly and hurling insults to the crowd was identified as Jakob Smith. Smith told police the driver of the flipped car had hit his parked car.  He continued to yell insults at the crowd. He was warned to settle down or be taken to jail.  Smith called 911 claiming he was told no information about his damaged vehicle.  Smith was arrested for misuse of the 911 system and continued to hurl insults on his way to the police car. Smith was taken to jail and released an hour later.
