Vigo County, In. – In other News from Tuesdays Vigo County Council meeting…the council is considering additional funding for the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office.  The sheriff says the county needs 2 or 3 more deputies to help improve quality of service, and safer working conditions.  Council member Todd Thacker told the sheriff he thought the council would approve the extra funds at their next meeting.
