Terre Haute, In. – Michael Baker is accused of providing the toxic substance that 12-year-old Josiah Scott drank and caused his death.  On Wednesday a Vigo County Judge denied a bail reduction which Baker’s attorneys sought.  They argued that since this was Bakers first criminal charge, a bail reduction would be appropriate. The judge didn’t agree and did not grant bail.  Bakers’ jury trial will begin March 10th.
