Terre Haute, In. – The Terre Haute Police Department released the name of the person Killed in Wednesday afternoon three-car accident Wednesday afternoon at 46 and Poplar Street.  74-year-old Mary Modesitt died while receiving medical treatment after the accident.  Three other people received serious injuries in the accident, and they are still hospitalized.  The police department is still investigating the accident.  Anyone with information on the accident is encouraged to contact the Terre Haute Police Department.
