Terre Haute, In. – Speed Hall has been housing Students at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology since 1963.  Rose Hulman has announced a $10 million project to upgrade the residence hall, adding central air conditioning, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, expanded common areas and improved accessibility.  This is all being made possible by a gift from an alumnus and one from a local community leader. The upgrades to Speed Hall are expected to begin later this year and reopen for the 2026-27 academic year.
