Regional Plan Presented To Community Leaders

Terre Haute, In. – The Wabash River Regional Development Authority, the Wabash Valley Community Foundation and the West Central Indiana Partnership held a presentation Tuesday morning to present the West Central Indiana Regional Community plan to local leaders.  With support from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation the Wabash River Regional Development Authority worked with RJL Solutions in developing this plan with brings together Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo counties to address shared challenges and leverage regional strengths such as the Wabash River, Agriculture and Industry.  The plan’s 5 goals are: Alsip detailed the plan’s five goals are: to strengthen regional collaboration, expand housing availability and affordability, invest in regional infrastructure, promote economic development and workforce growth and Enhance quality of life.
