Thrive West Central Receives ARPA Money For Homes Of The Future Project

Terre Haute, In. – Members of the Vigo Council and Commissioners held a check presentation Wednesday as Vigo County awarded Thrive West Central with a check for $5 million to be used for their Homes for the Future initiative.  The funds came from the American Rescue Plan Act. ARPA funding allows local governments to invest in long-term community improvements. Vigo County is using a portion of its allocation to invest in housing initiatives that support economic development and sustainability.
